New VS Death

Witnessed something really shocking today... As me and my coursemates finished our lunch and went back to campus for class, I saw a van stopped at the junction of my lecture room's building block and someone was doing CPR for a fainted man on the driver's seat. After my coursemate parked his car we rush to there to find out what's happening. At first we have no idea who is that casualty, I couldn't do much as no one there knew the condition of that driver. The person doing CPR, Azahari (another lecturer) was with him before they separated to go to their next destination. He heard the driver stepping the petrol pedal vigorously without inserting any gears. Realizing something was wrong he ran back to check out what's happening and found the driver fainted on his seat. So we just waited anxiously for ambulance to arrive as UTM has it's own medical facilities and ambulance. After about 1min we saw the ambulance but miraculously it turned following the roadway to a longer distance path. So we waited for another 2min for the ambulance to reach while the ambulance can actually sounds the siren and took one lane of the dual lane road to reach within few seconds. Another dissapointing case is the two ambulance medics are so not professional. Unable to control the situation, unable to carry the casualty properly, unable to provide any first aids to the casualty, and their movements are so 'slow and steady'. What a disaster... After a talk with Azahari we realized that casualty is actually En Rajeh, one of my studio lecturer. He has been troubled by heart attacks for the past few years...then the story paused here as me and my coursemates headed to the library. When we went out from library I heard a staff of UTM mosque talking on the phone saying that one staff from Faculty of Built Environment just passed away. By then we supposed that En Rajeh couldn't survive this attack... Felt so sorry for his death... Wish that he is joyful with the life in heaven now... My first day of new year started with witnessing a death... What a dramatic day....
